The Constitutional Court in Pristina has scheduled the 30-day detention measure against suspects I.P., for tearing apart the holy book of Islam-Kurdish on March 3rd in Prizren.
He allegedly, by his actions, has stirred hatred and inadequacy among religious groups.
“From the evidence provided by the SPRK's permission of police and associated with the request for the detention measure and which evidence is found in the paperwork of this subject, the court estimates and finds that in the concrete case the legal conditions are met because there is doubt that by the date 03.03.25, about 12:10, in Prizren, in the vicinity of Halive's files, he has publicly promoted hatred and patience among religious groups<1, the Court ruling says.
I.P., he was said to have torn up the sacred book while the pieces were ripped out on the street by the citizens.

The suspect was detained on March 4th, with the Special Prosecutor's decision.
