Under the prosecution's request for the detention assignment, the defendant has committed sexual acts with the minors without her consent until he was spotted in a car by the victim's brother, who has presented the case.
“... from the unconfirmed time of March 4th 2025 in Malisevo, the defendant committed sexual acts with the other person without her consent, with minor injury... .... Born 2010, in a way that previously the defendant through social networks reportedly and established love links to the injured being aware of her age, and during their ongoing connection the defendant has committed sexual relations with the minor victim, in the “D villa. L.” in Malisheva, and continues to keep in touch with the same until the injured man's brother puts the defendant along with the injured and takes the same one away from the car, and then the case is presented at police”, the Court's report reported.
The detention measure will be calculated by the arrest on 4 March.
