The suspect's lawyer, Predra Milkovic, did not want to be promoted for the media, while about the court's decision will be announced during the day.
Djukanovic was arrested on 28 February in the Mitrovica region under suspicion of spying, which was banned for 48 hours by the prosecution.
The prosecution had announced that the arrest was made following several months' investigation.
