Haxhi Thaci, the father of former Kosovo president Hashim Thaci, who was laid down at the University Clinical Centre in serious health condition, has passed away the evening of 16 March.
If Thaci is released to participate in his father's hanging, they have spoken from the Special.
Angela Greep, spokeswoman for Kosovo Specialised Chambers in The Hague, in response to Periscope is saying that on such an issue, the panel will be placed responsible.
Kosovo's Specialised Chambers legal framework allows detained persons to apply for competent judges for binding humanitarian reasons. Judges will decide on such demands, said the response of the Specialised Chambers.
