In a statement to Kosovo, he has stressed that the government should form the opposition and, according to him, has communication about it.
In this regard, Ramush Haradinaj, who in the election competed in the coalition with the Family Limaj Initiative, has declared there is no “any concrete advantage but is willing to move away”.
“I believe that it is only seen that the opposition has the majority, understood after the constitutional deadlines the opposition could create the government. I believe this is what belongs to us as an opposition, to unite and create government by the opposition. There is bilateral communication [with the opposition], there is no concrete advantage because there are constitutional deadlines, but I believe there is readiness to walk”, Haradinaj has declared.
When asked which case would co-operate with incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti's party, Haradinaj has stressed that the AAK's stance is a government by opposition.
“We are in opposition and as opposition we engage to give Kosovo the majority opposition government. That is the position and position of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo”, he has added.
The count of votes for the general election ended on Wednesday, March 5th.
According to preliminary results published on the Central Election Commission's electronic platform, Vetevendosje (LVV) has come first, followed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo, then the Democratic League of Kosovo and the fourth, according to the vote, is listed the AAK-Nisma coalition./KP
