Bosnia and Herzegovina's court ordered detention and issued an arrest warrant for Dodik, Republika Srpska Prime Minister Radovan Viskovic and Parliament President Nenad Stevja persecuted, due to the fact that they refused to respond to invitations filed by the Bosnian Prosecutor for the completion of criminal investigations.
The warrant, which is currently valid for Bosnia and Herzegovina's territory, obliges all police agencies in that country to arrest Dodik, Viskoviqi and Stevja were persecuted when they face and hand over judicial police, broadcast Periscope.
That is also true of border police, whose members find and detain almost every day persons for whom arrest warrants have been issued by several local courts during regular border crossing raids.
But, despite the warrant, Dodik somehow managed to cross the border without obstacles Monday and appear in Belgrade, where he was with Aleksandar Vucinqi at a rally organised by his government.
