Berisha has added that the next Assembly will be a composition of elected by the Commissioners of the Counting Centres, not of those chosen by citizens.

He has criticised these elections, viewing them as the most irregular and manipulated after the war, comparing the process to the 2010 elections. According to him, legal changes and ruling sects have brought aggression to Kosovo's democratic process.
