Albania's bird flu confirmed, a quarantined farm banned eggs and meat

The Ministry of Agriculture in Albania has announced that it has been confirmed through the RT- PCR Avian Influence Disease, H5N1 type, or as known as bird flu.

To take additional measures, the Agriculture Ministry there has placed in quarantine a poultry farm in the village of Maliq Muçeo, the Rasbul Administrative Unit.

Cases of bird death were reported on this farm and authorities reportedly banned eggs and meat on this farm and would not be allowed to market. /abcnews. al
