The CEC today announced the annulment of 529 ballot envelopes from the diaspora due to irregularities. Meanwhile, it was stressed that counting votes for parliamentary candidates in municipal counting centres has started in 18 municipalities, meanwhile, in eight more will start today.
CEC Chairman Kreshnik Radoniqi said that since Sė has started counting on all municipal centres this process is expected to be completed within ten days or two weeks' maximum.
Because we haven't started in all the Municipal Counting Centers to see how the process is going there, we haven't made an estimate of how long the whole process will be to close down the count, but a rough one will be 10 days, two weeks”, Radoniqi said.
