Last update from CEC: 78% of locations count

The Central Election Commission has indicated that until today (February 18th) about 78% of the seats for candidates' votes related to parliamentary elections have been counted.

CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi indicated that so far the number of candidates' votes has ended at 1 000 and 970 seats from 2533 to total.

According to Elez, by the final count it should be expected even to count conditional, diaspora votes, as well as votes of persons with special needs.

“Until the announcement of final results, the CEC must count the votes for the MP, count the conditional votes, votes of persons with special needs and votes from the diaspora.
