The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, after the investigation developments, has filed an indictment today at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, against the two defendants.

Defendant M. M, it is alleged that by his actions he committed criminal work: “Producing and unauthorized processing of narcotics, psychotropics, analogs or tools, narcotics or narcotics materials”, Article 268, paragraph 1, related to Article 31, and related to Article 275, paragraph 1, 1.9, The Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, No. 06/L-174.
