In Kosovo's Specialised Chambers, headquartered at The Hague, the decision has been made against Haxhi Shala, Sabit Januzi and Ismet Bahitari, over charges involving obstruction of justice. Haxhi Shala has been sentenced to 3 years in prison, Sabit Januzi to 2 years in prison, as well as Ismet Bhenaari to 2 years in prison.
