“Scherensen recognises Kosovo. He has worked and lived in Kosovo. That said, he is not a politician (like Lajcak) and will probably have a more constructive technical role supporting Kaya Callas. A new EU guide is speaking. But what will the United States do? We've lost four years already...” wrote Selimi.
