Ilir Meta has been arrested since October of last year and he requires a softer security measure. He has sought to lift the prison arrest move over his post as leader of the country's second opposition force and the situation on the eve of the May 11th parliamentary elections.
Meta is accused of corruption, money laundering and hiding wealth regarding Cez-Dia joint files, the former lobby LSI in the United States and his family's expenses. The First Century Court and Appeals have enabled the measure of “arrest in prison”, prompting Meta of nearly 4 months to be held in custody at 313.
