Ramadani said the security issue on election day “will not be the theme”.
“Normically that the security issue on Election Day -- the more that Kosovo democratises -- will not be the subject or will be the subject of which attention should be given”, he said.
He commended citizens for the calm they said they always show on election day, which he said were extremely “and should be a holiday”.
