Damka, once president of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, allegedly attacked two people, one of whom is Arda Maloku, from the Turkish Movement's Inovative Party.
The chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, Petrit Kryeziu, has announced that three people were involved in the attack, but only two were sent to the ban for 48 hours, including Minister Damka.
According to the prosecution, the attack was made due to earlier political disagreement, where Damka captured the injured arm and addressed with the words “removed from this place, this area is my life, who are you with a center of”.
He allegedly later postponed it, until about 30 sympathisers of the two political parties have gathered.
Damka is said to have threatened murder, saying “with you we're different, y'all fucking kill you, and even “I'm looking for you as long as I've killed you, I've met you and my whole family”. /Koha.net/
