This decision, according to them, violates the approval of the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, and says there is no decision by any competent judicial body to suspend the regulation for waste management.

He strongly condemns Pristina's municipality's illegal and arbitrary decision, which has informed citizens that by January 1st, 2025 they are not obliged to pay the bills for waste service to our company. This announcement was made without any legal basis and conflicts with the waste management regulation, which has been approved by the Municipal Assembly and approved by the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.
An illegal decision that violates institutions and harms citizens
This Pristina municipality action constitutes a serious legal violation, as:

Meanwhile, we ask the Pristina Community to immediately withdraw this illegal announcement, and from competent bodies to take necessary measures to prevent such violations in the future.
