MKRS cancels tenders for Gjilan, Peja and Mitrovica stadium worth 37m euros

The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MKRS) has announced today ( Thursday) during the day that it has cancelled three tenders worth a total of 37m euros, related to works in stadiums in three of Kosovo's major cities. “Construction City Stadium” in Pec with 19m euros, renovation of “The City Stadium of” in Gjilan, worth 15m euros, and the renovation of the Adem Jashari Stadium in Mitrovica worth threem euros, are the three stadiums the tenders have already been cancelled.
The announcement didn't come from the official procurement page with the reasoning that initial reports are incorrectly decided since they are still in the evaluation phase.



Otherwise, during the campaign, but even before the campaign, Sport Minister Hajrula Ceku and Prime Minister Albin Kurti have pledged that the means for these three stadiums have already been divided.
Over the coming days or even months, everything is expected to be clarified, whether the projects will return to zero or continue.
