Albert Krasniqi from Democracy Plus has shared two other problems from monitoring the election process being held in Kosovo.
One problem, according to him, is to divide voters in polling according to their last name.
“The format of voters in the polls under the surnames, when surnames with the same letter are distributed at two different locations, is causing unnecessary receptions and is decuing voters to wait back”.
And the other is using phones from voters to see the long list of 10 names, which, he says, is causing reactions from commissioners, due to suspicion of photoisation”.
