The investigation into Veliaj, Ayla Xoxa's mother and businessman Soula present at SPAK

Valbona Xoxa has been staying in SPAK for about 15 minutes and has later left as her appearance relates to the investigation of Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, who was arrested on 10 February.

There seem to have been very few questions for Mrs. Valbona Xoxa, who has made no statement to the media while prosecutors have doubts about the villa in the Qerret area, which belonged to her late husband. According to SPAK, this is considered a hidden possession of Veliaj in co-operation with Ayla Xoxa.

Meanwhile, earlier this morning, businessman Gentian Sula has also appeared near SPAK, as part of the same investigative process, which is under obligation to submit.

 

The other businessman involved in the “Veliaj” file, Sokol Kryeziu, has announced SPAK through a memo that will appear on Monday, as at the moment of the deployment of the “presentation was due abroad.

The Kryeziu results in beneficiaries of several tender procedures, while earlier, years ago, he was a worker at the cleaning company in the capital.

The Special Anti-Corruption and Organised Crime Court (GJKKO) has set the measure of obligation for five businessmen: Gentian Sula, Meriman Palushi, Fatmir Bektash, Sokol Kryeziu and Shkeling Field.

These measures are located under the same issue for which Tirana mayor was arrested.
