Goodbye, big guy! In the most crucial moments of Kosovo's independence, the world superpower appointed one of the colossors of diplomacy, Frank Wisner, as US Representative for Kosovo Status Talks. I had the fortune to recognize it and the honour to cooperate with it during the time when I was a member of the Vienna Process Group, which resulted in Kosovo's declaration of independence. He was and will always remain a deep mind and one of the most influential diplomats of our time. His memory and legacy will live forever”, he wrote away in his Facebook account.
