US Special Mission Envoy Richard Green has published funds that nongovernmental organisations in the Balkans have benefited for four years.
Thus, during 2020-2024, according to figures published by Green, Albania's OJF has received $19m for 4 years. Total for 6 Western Balkan countries USAID has granted $1.7 billion, while Kosovo ranks first.
In a post on the X platform, Trump's envoy writes that hardworking Americans pay taxes, while politicians in Washington spend that money recklessly. According to him, billions of dollars have been given to nongovernmental left-wing organisations to promote radical policies in those countries.

Kosovo: $537 million
Bosnia and Herzegovina: $402 million
Northern Macedonia: $290 million
Serbia: $209m
Albania: $1189m
Montenegro: $7m
Total: $1.7 billion
