At the dragonan cemetery in Pristina, the photoreporter's funeral ceremony, Alban Bujar, was held today..
Family, friends, colleagues and different personalities gathered to bid last farewell to the man who, through his objective, recorded the most important moments of Kosovo's history.
Alban Bujar was known for his work as photoreporter during the recent war in Kosovo, highlighting the horrors and sufferings of the Albanian people through his photographs.
The co-worker of the deceased, photographer Ridvan Sljiva, said Alban's life has changed, but Alban's works will always be history.
“has been a bad news, not expecting that it hasn't been through any illness, it's been news that has bombed. I haven't personally had a good time. Looking forward to cooperating and working even during the most difficult times where we have often had to overcome fear through one another. When we were nearby, we were a little safer, and today we miss it probably even on the day of the massacre that occurred on the anniversary of the massacre he had taken his pictures. Alban may have passed away but Alban's works will always be in history”, he said. /EO/
