What do we do to preserve a tonic and weak body? We devote ourselves to sports and gymnastics. The same principle applies to our face if we are to keep a good view, a fresh, well - defined oval.
There are about 70 muscles in our face: keeping them in good shape with a targeted and constant training is the best way to preserve the tone of face and fight the formation of wrinkles.
There are specific, light, and entertaining exercises that we can perform at any situation - morning or evening in front of the mirror - but also while we are in the car at the traffic lights or at our desk.
The facial gym consists of a series of movements that move muscles that have been lazy and inert: it has to do with the extension of the forehead and the eyebrows and tonification of the whole face.
And thanks to the ridiculous faces we see in ourselves in the mirror, this particular gym also has the power to bring us good humor.
It can be done in two ways: with an izotonic gymnastics, in which muscles contract and relax, repeating this exercise several times, or in izometrically, i.m., contracting muscles and taking a position for three-four breathing.
Facial gymnastics has no counterindication and can be practiced at any age: Only those who have had cosmetic treatments, such as botottos and filler injections, should be careful. Here are some exercises for learning and repeating each day.
Warm up.
We start stretching our muscles, for example by stretching out our eyes, stretching our cheeks to big smiles, holding our tongue, and making our mouth. Do not forget a few cycles of deep breathing, performed by softening your belly and lowering your diaphragm to concentrate and relax.
For the neck
Put both hands on the decolate and extend your neck. Lift your chin to the ceiling and move your lowest jaw forward. Hold it for five seconds, then relax (again five times). Then put your hands tight under your beard: open your mouth while opposing your hands. Or with your hands in the same position, try to lower your beard to your chest, always at odds with your hands. This exercise is also useful for reorganizing the facial oval.
For mouth and pages
Blow out the pages and hold your position for ten seconds, then relax. Repeat five times. Then just blow the right cheek and, alternate, left. Eventually, for more intensive exercise, you can press on the lips with the fingers of a hand to prevent air from being saved and with the next thrust to the cheek.
To lips
Breath and pass your lips forward in your heart, then strike the air as if you were blowing scent bubbles, recommends class magazines. When your lungs are empty, breathe again and repeat your exercise ten times.
For mouth and beard
Spread your lips until you reveal your teeth with smiles. Then you alter them and slowly pronounce letters U and X, highlighting the movement as much as possible (play at least five times). Deception also helps in the flesh of lips.
For the area of the eyes
Put two fingers under your eyebrows toward temples and thumbs under your eyes. Open your eyes slowly, resisting movement with your fingers. Repeat five times.
