Elez: In 9 days, more than 38,000 outside ballot packages were verified by the CEC

“According to procedures, ballot packages are subject to the evaluation process, which included verification if they belong to registered voters and if other previous procedures were followed, the numbering of these ballots will be made at the Numbers and Results Centre”, Elezi continued.
