CEC spokesman Valmir Elez said yesterday there is also a procedure.
“The rating of votes from outside Kosovo, conditional votes and votes of persons with special needs will begin after the count ends at municipal counting centres, and after their assessment process is made by the CEC voter service. I will not mention a date, but the moment everything is ready, of course, we will announce to you”, he said at a news conference.
He has said that they are making maximum efforts to complete the entire process as soon as possible so that the announcement of the final outcome can be achieved.
