Four consortiums and a single company have won seven contracts worth about 32m euros for building affordable and social residential residences, which are financed by the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.
The four consortiums and company that won as solely two out of seven tickets were selected among the nine bidders, the Environment Ministry said on Friday.
The contract is expected to be signed today, two days before the February 9th national elections, Paparaci reports.
The affordable and social residential project is a project promised by the Vetevendosje Movement in the 2021 election campaign. He failed to live in the four-year mandate of governance.
The ministry announced today that it has selected consortiums and companies for construction of residential complexes in four municipalities: Podujeve, Peja, Istog and Gjilan.
The first tender note for the construction of a residential complex in Podujevo has won the consortium led by Front 1p.k., a Pristina-based company. This consortium is also completed by two other construction companies: The Aslan brothers Sh.p.k. and Active Sh.p.k.
The cost of the contract is 5.8m euros.

The second plant, as well as the construction of another residential complex in Podujevo, has won the local consortium Rinesa Sh.p.k.k., Ilea GR Sh.p.k. and Limitproject Sh.p.k.
The leading consortium company is based on Bayica of Podujevo.
The value of the second selected tender account weighs 7.7m euros.

Two other residential complexes will be built in the Peja municipality, tell the rules 3 and 4 of the tender.
The third one has won the private consortium, led by D&T Group, a Gjakova-based construction company. Osmani Construction and Jeton Bakalli complete the consortium.
The value of this type is 4.8m euros.

The fourth tender king has benefited from the consortium Ada Consulting Group Shp.k and the USM Archaeology.
This consortium will build a residential complex in Pec worth 5.2m euros, given the Ministry of Environment's announcement.

Two other items will be built in the municipality of Istog. The two separate contracts for Istog residences were won by the Skenderaj-based company R & Rucol.
The value of the two tickets selected for the winner R & Rucol is estimated to weigh close to five million euros.

The seventh game, for the construction of a residential complex in Gjilan, has been given to the consortium led by Rinesa Sh.p.k.k, made up of Ilaa GR Sh.p.k. and Limitproject Sh.p.k.
The value of this type is 3.6m euros.

The affordable housing project is based on the Bill for Social and Confrontable Banning, which was adopted in the Kosovo Assembly in December last year, at the end of the government's mandate of Kurti 2.
According to the Bill, targeted social and affordable housing groups include family or the person with poor economic status, large families with many children and single-parent families.
Even the unemployed, homeless, victims of domestic violence, victims of human trafficking, women and men who are victims of war, families of martyrs, victims of KLAIMA, KLA disabled people who are in serious economic condition, civil war invalids, and close families of civilian victims of war, disappearances, victims of trafficking, youth, elderly persons, persons with special needs, refugees and asylum seekers.
The social banking is considered affordable if the family or the individual does not spend more than 30 percent of its net monthly income on residential”, is provided with Article 1 paragraph 6.
In paragraph 3 of this Law, residential expenses do not include expenses for water supply services, electricity, and other basic services.
