In this regard Periscope has talked to former CEC member Blerim Burnjan, who has commented in detail what is happening to the CEC following the February 9th elections.
This situation is very manipulating, with names 10 names, there's a lot of possibilities for manipulation by political subject commissioners, so these are very technical problems, but very manipulative”, he said of problems with servers and delays in the voting counting processes.
Burjan said the situation is not good at all and that the capture of the CEC can happen if the VV has minorities within its reach.
“The situation is not good, the capture of the CEC institution can happen if the VV has its own minorities and has two-thirds of it there and they can't then vote to make decisions, so this is the biggest taxi that can happen to the country, or the biggest problem that can happen.” Burjani told for Periscope.
Buyrani has also spoken about when we may have a final outcome for political subjects and for MP candidates.
For parties within two weeks we can have a result, while for candidates it can go up to a month and a half because there may be complaints not to the PZAP, but also to the courts, because this is a war of ash in the field and not to the citizens, I'm sorry I have to say. So, I'm not very optimistic that there will be final results within a month and a half for candidates, while for political subjects I'm very optimistic that the final outcome will be in two weeks,”, He said about Periscope.
We remember that from the preliminary results published so far by the Central Election Commission (KQZ), the Vetevendosje Movement, has won 40.81 per cent of the vote.
Opposition parties, the Democratic Party of Kosovo, have won 22.16 per cent of the vote, while the Democratic League of Kosovo has secured 17.60 per cent of the vote.
The coalition between the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and NISMA won 7.46 per cent of the vote. Meanwhile, the Serbian List ʹ the largest Kosovo Serb party won 4.43 per cent of the vote. /ALBINA ZARIQE PERISCOP
