The fire, which destroyed seven of eight tower blocks in Tai Po neighbourhood on Wednesday, is now “almost under control”, Hong Kong's leader says.
Some 4600 people lived in the complex, according to the latest census figures. It is not clear how many were inside when the fire broke out. /Periscope/
