Right on this date, former President Hashim Thaci and others have been appointed to prepare for trial in the process where he is accused of obstructing justice. Along with Thaci, Fadil Fazliu, Isni Kilaj, Bashkim Smaj and Hajredin Kuci are charged on the same occasion.
According to the Court's announcement: The only Judge Christopher Gosnell in the case against Thaci, Smajt, Kilajt, Fazlius and Kuci has set up the preparation conference for the trial and preparation conference for the SPS trial for November 28th at 09:30.
