The fact that the disdain and provocation that came to us as a nation came from prosecutors and judges who claim to act on behalf of the people of Kosovo reminded me of the contempt and provocation that the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia's chief prosecutor, Carla Del Ponte, wrote among other things.

“Shit, it really hides in”!

Setting up a trial hearing on November 28, 2025 against Yush, as one of the most important figures in national combined history, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office made the most contempt and provocation that a nation can become history and values.

The fact that the disdain and provocation that came to us as a nation came from prosecutors and judges who claim to act on behalf of the people of Kosovo reminded me of the contempt and provocation that International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia General Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte made to us twenty years ago.

On March 4th 2005, Carla Del Ponte confirmed the indictment against Ramush Hardinaj, meanwhile on March 5th, made the news public. To be sold as a professional that no <x0detaj” saves, she used the proverb known as the “the reform, really hides in detail”, in response to the many reactions of local and international political personalities. And he was absolutely right, because it's known that “in the place of proverbs, kings are the secreters of the proverb”!

All connoisseurs of Kosovo's war history know that after the nominations in Likoshan and Crees, the dates 4 and 5 March are deeply embedded in the awareness of Albanians as the date when it received clear form of Serbia's implementation of the genocide of Kosovo Albanians during the 1998-1999 war.

On 4 March and 5 March 1998, major Serbian police and military forces surrounded the village of Prekaz in Drenica. The word is about the events that took place on 4 March and 5 March 1998, which retired Serbian police commander Slobodan Stojanović testified that “in the Upper and Lower Prekam were killed by women, children, animals and everything moving there...”; the same event that Ratomir Taniić, representative of the Serbian delegation in the talks with Kosovo, declared that “instead of the arrest of the Yashari brothers and others, our forces attacked our homes and families, where they lived, the women and other members of the family. Instead of limiting their stock to certain limits, their neighbors were attacked...”

It is about the dates when the Kosovo Albanian people commemorate these events with pain and pride, while the official regime of Belgrade and those who have entered into service of this regime, our national tragedy interpreted it as “successful in the fight against terrorism”.

Selecting the dates 4 and 5 March to confirm and distribute the news of the indictment against one of the KLA leaders who had been elected prime minister is a “daj” that neither “the accordors” would intend to make more provocative selections for Albanians' feelings.

Even more provocative is the fact that all “data” of the subject against Ramush Haradinaj are “dataje” published in “White Books” of the Serbian Secret Service and on the basis of these “dataries” Carla Del Ponte filed suit against Ramush Haradinaj. Such a conclusion is not an assumption, but an uncontainable truth, which Carla del Ponte himself claims. In her book “Persecution: Me and war criminals”, she acknowledges that during visits to Belgrade “reported the criminal activities of KLA members”, “for people who had disappeared in Kosovo between 1998 and 2001”, “for the kidnapping of men, women and children...”, “for the list with 200 names of kidnappers, all members of the KLA<17>, “for the alleged executions near Lake Radiki and 196 locations' executions...

In full accordance with “data” that had produced from Serbian propagandistic books and implemented Copy/Pat-Pat-Passed “evidence made up by the Serbian Secret Service, it compiled the indictment against Ramush Haradinaj, Lahi Brahimaj and Idriz Balaj as members of the “joint criminal enterprise” - The Kosovo Liberation Army!

Today, 15 years were fulfilled by November 29, 2012, when the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia finally rejected the claim to present it as unfounded U n CK as “joint criminal enterprise” and declared Ramush Haradinaj innocent of the charges brought against him by the Serbian Secret Service and its instruments.

This fact could look like “detaj” of a prosecutor like Carla del Ponte, but what “the hell looking behind the details”, he needs to know the familiar expression of Goyer Rémi that “

The actions of prosecutors of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia changed the lives of Ramush Haradinaj and his family! It, due to the logic of those who the “are looking for the damn” spent over seven years closed and separated from family, friends and Kosovo political scene.

Today, it is widely known that it was five years unjustly held behind bars Hashim Thaci, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veselini and Rexhep Selimi for reasons that prosecutors who rely on the sites of Serbia's Secret Service continue to seek the damn “at “the” courts presented before the Chambers Specialised by employees of this service.

Today we all know that because of the same logic, we have entered the sixth year that you personally, your families and your many friends, suffer the consequences of this absurd trial.

Those who have chosen November 28th to hold a court hearing must know that we all know who the <x0->rest, who tries to hide in detail”.

After the exhumation that became the defence witnesses on which the charges were based, the Albanian people have waited for the court to complete the trial and declare your complete innocence!

In the context of the overall debacle of the indictment, I see the provocation that the Albanian Office of Prosecutor Specialised on the day of their largest national holiday.

With respect and pain for all the suffering you have unjustly experienced over the past five years.
