While all are discussing the peace plans points, Russia continues to follow its two-point war plan: kill and destroy”, Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Andri Sygreous, wrote on Saturday morning, while Kiev residents observed the damage after a heavy night of explosions targeting the capital.

Ukraine's State Emergency Services said two people died in the night attack on Kiev and 38 were injured, Reuters writes.
Regional officials and police said one person had died in the region around the capital, two in the southeastern region of Dnepropetrovsk and one in a mid-day attack in the region of Kherson in the south.
Moscow has conducted regular large-scale bombings of Ukraine's energy infrastructure since 2022, but the recent campaign this autumn has introduced Ukrainian cities, including Kiev, to a terrible situation, with many families receiving only eight hours of electricity in some of the worst days of blackouts. /Periscope/
