News of his release from custody has revealed to EO News Agency, lawyer Naim Rudari.
Rudari says the court has estimated that legal conditions to continue the detention measure have no longer been met.
On November 6th, the Court of Appeals through the announcement has indicated that it has enacted the Constitutional Court's ruling in Pristina, which had assigned the detention measure to a 30-day term to the suspended prosecutor, since Shala suspected of taking bribes.
According to the ruling, there is the danger that Shala, if found in freedom, could eliminate evidence, prevent the normal course of investigation or influence witnesses, and that according to Appeals Shala, must stay under the detention measure.
Against the Foundation's decision to appoint detention, Shala's defense had filed complaints.
On October 27th, Shala was arrested at his workplace under suspicion of committing criminal work “bribery”./Periscopi/
