So far, the Office for Recording, Certificate and Financial Control of Political Subjects has accepted a announcement of the formation of a coalition -- composed of the Ashkali Party for Integration (PAI), the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDAK) and the Movement for Co-operation (LPB) -- reports Express, broadcast Periscope.
The CEC stresses that a coalition can be formed by at least two parties, and that a party certified in a coalition cannot withdraw until the certificate of election results. Also, the member parties of a coalition cannot participate as separate parties or other coalitions in the same elections.
The “coalition could be built by at least two political parties. The political party cannot withdraw from the coalition after the outcome of the elections is certified by the CEC. Also, the political party, which is a coalition member, cannot participate as a member in another coalition, or even as a special party in the same elections”, Elez said. /Periscope/
