Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama has divided a photo from the “Mother Albanian” monument, which is located at the entrance of the nation's Witnesses' graves.
"Good morning," wrote Rama in a Facebook post.
Albania was completely freed on November 29, 1944. This symbolic date, not only Shkodra but officially -- all of Albania -- found it liberated from the Nazi-fascist conqueror.
As such, Albania would be the only Balkan country to be released with its own efforts.
