Seven hours to go: These are 13 parties and two coalitions that applied so far for the 28 December elections.

Today at 23:59, deadlines for application of political subjects for certificates, coalition statements and announcement of non-participation in early elections on December 28th end, reports the December Periscope.

According to the CEC's announcement, by 5: 00 p.m., 15 political subjects have submitted forms for certificate.

So far, two electoral coalitions have been registered:

The deadline for handing over candidate lists runs through the CEC platform until December 7th 2025.

Today (day, November 30th 2025, at 23:59) conclude the deadlines of different periods for political subjects concerning early elections for the Kosovo Assembly, which will be held on December 28th 2025. These deadlines are like the following:
-Afffort for political subjects for application for certificate of voter turnout;
-Afffort for political parties for coalition statements; and
-Afffort for political parties for not participating in elections.

The deadline for applying political subjects for voter turnout, November 24th, November 30th 2025:

So far (day, November 30th 2025, 1600) 15 political subjects have completed the certificate form for participation in early elections for the Kosovo Assembly, which is similar to the form of past election processes.

The deadline for political parties for coalition statements and election participation, November 24th, November 30th 2025:

So far (day, November 30, 2025, 1600) The CEC, respectively, has been announced to form two coalitions for participating in the election, as follows:
1. Coalition “PAI The PAK ) LPB”, composed of 3 political parties: Ashkalijes Party for Integration (PAI), Democratic Party of the Ashkaanli of Kosovo (PDAK) and Movement for Co-operation (LPB)”; and
2. Coalition “Coalicija V AKAT”, composed of 3 political parties: Democraticska Stranka Bošnjaka (DSB), Bošnjačka Stranka Kosova (BSK) and Democraticska Stranka Vatan (DSV);

But as of November 30th, the deadline ends for political parties to report to the CEC, the Office, respectively, that they do not want to be certified for participating in the election.

The deadline for handing over the candidate list of political subjects, November 24th, December 7th:

Until December 7th, 2025, political subjects (political parties, coalitions, civic initiatives and independent candidates) that apply for certificates should hand over their list of candidates for early elections deputies for the Kosovo Assembly via platform.
