Police reported that the five victims were killed with firearms, while four victims, except the author, his 60-year-old sister, his 57-year-old wife and his 27-and-29-year-old sons were found dead in various parts of the city.
The crime was discovered after a guardian found the 60-year-old deceased in the apartment where she lived on Tuesday morning.
German special police forces conducted an operation on the 63-year-old author's home and found him and his 57-year-old wife dead of gunshot wounds.
The weapon used was near 63 years old.
Finally, the bodies of two 63-year-old boys, 27, and 29, were found in another building.
