Behram has said that the protests have only one beggar and the goal of the verdict on KLA leaders being not based on politics, but on justice.
We've started this battle since the first day to challenge the injustice of the judicial process in The Hague. At first, we have been very few hands in our hearts to show that this is a legal, political and diplomatic battle... in the absence of the Kosovo State evolution, which has abandoned the KLA leaders, we have had initiatives that flow from the people of Kosovo. So, people's pressure has been enormous in the Government of Kosovo to create special court surveillance mechanisms to create commissions within the Kosovo Parliament and, in the absence of state, has started to activate citizens through protests. Protests have a requirement aimed at making the verdict for KLA leaders not based on politics if it is based on justice”, he has said.
According to him, if the Court is based on justice, KLA leaders will be released.
In these five years the prosecution has not testified with any witnesses, even those we've seen have failed to prove their monstrous accusations of joint criminal involvement. While we have seen witnesses of the Super Kridibel Defence who have introduced their personal credibility but their states to protect the heritage not only of the Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK) but also of NATO”, Behrami has said.
Behram has also mentioned the stay of the session at the 28 November party from Kosovo's Specialised Chambers to Haftet Thaci.
There is justice until November 28th when the hearing and reaction of President Hashim Thaci was held, who said this is a national holiday. This is actually the most subtle holiday Kosovo citizens have. In my family this holiday is celebrated in every Albanian family. This party is celebrated, and the session on this date is a provocation. Part of the session were held for Hashim Thaci's birthday”.
These guys have always been trying to find the bubble to break. But Hashim Thaci is not being broken. It never breaks. Not from this court. It's not broken by Serbia either. He'll go out with his friends there who're triumphantly out of this” battle, he said. /Periscopi
