Tashloi for protest against Special Court: KLA tops all political parties

Ismail Tasholli, founder and leader of “LIRIA KEMA”, on Reel Talk with Maxhun, aired in Periscope and T7, has shown the reasons for organising the protest on February 17th against the Special Court, where the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army are being tried. He has said that the day of the protest organization corresponds to the date [...]
He has said that the day of organising the protest coincides with the date of Kosovo's declaration of independence and that it links with the key actors of this proclamation, who are being tried at The Hague.
There are several reasons, but there are also the approach of the date of the verdict and the final words, as well as the symbolic of February 17th, because if we return the course, we know that there are the main ones, the key to this date of its proclamation. It is symbolic that those people there are not permanent names, but they are part of very important projects for our society. But there's also a kind of citizenship that can be expressed, because often when we speak, we have the impression that citizenship is just an abstract concept, but citizenship is also a responsibility”, Tashol said.
According to him, citizenship in Kosovo has understood the way the Special Court functions and has identified all disproportionate abnormalities from human rights violations to legal ones.
When politics intervene within judicial interpretations, it is another world, it is totalitarian, the opposite of liberal demographic”.
TashloI stressed the KLA, which according to him is beyond any political distance and above all political parties”.
“U n CK will remain the unsurpassed”, Tasholli said in Periscopi.
