He has said that the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has erred that it has not voted the resolution and, according to him, this will cost citizens.
“I didn't believe the resolution would be voted, to be honest. It was good, better late than ever. This was due to take place a year ago, when Edi Rama, the prime minister of Albania, called on our government -- but, sit down, do it quickly to the Council of Europe. I'm sorry about the LDK why they didn't vote on it because we have to be united and not have divisions. I count that the LDK has missed a lot and the citizens will retaliate. The resolution has great effect, because all the violations that have occurred will be sent to the Council of Europe”, Gucati said of Periscope.
