When the election process may be considered complete, indicates representative PDK in CEC

Ilir Gashi, a member of the Central Election Commission from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, on a show “Real Talk with Maxim”, aired to Periscopi and T7, has said there has been no refusal by representatives of political subjects not to recognise the election outcome, as according to him, the problem has occurred between party candidates [...]
There is no abnormality or effort by political subjects, because this would divert the whole process. The problem has occurred among candidates. We will announce the outcome and then there will be complaints. I cannot prejudge the decisions of justice organs, because they are the only ones who can draw conclusions on any decision-making”, Gashi said.
According to him, the term of organs responsible for handling candidates' complaints is 12 to 13 days after the exact outcome of the CEC is understood.
“About 12 or 13 days is the deadline for the return of responses from PZAP, and then the case goes to the Supreme Court. Both institutions can take 12 or 13 days for final answers. However, there may be faster conclusions, without all this deadline expected, and we may have a certificate of results, without prejudiced decision-making, which next week” said Gashi.
