In his call, he adds that what December 28th should be the holiday day and joint victory.
I invite you to register to vote in the December 28th election. The application is open until 6 December. You can apply to https://diaspora.kqz-x.org or by mail, sending the form to the CEC's Kosovo address. Choose your own way of voting, but we welcome you to come home and exercise your right here. Let it be December 28th the day of our holiday and of our joint victory!”, said Hamza's call.
