During this 11-day period (November 26th) December 6, 2025, citizens will rightly be able to learn their voting centre and if they want to change it into their municipality, making it as close to home in their municipality: through the CEC's electronic platform, by applying to the Municipal Election Commission in the municipality where the voter is registered.
The CEC has also clarified that changing the polling centre from one municipality to another is not directly enabled by the CEC, but this is related to the official declaration of the settlement address by citizens/voters.
Through the CEC, the voter, if he wishes, can change the polling centre only within the municipality. But to move from a municipality polling centre to the polling centre in another municipality, the voter must change the official address of residence in the Civil Status Office or on the E-Kosovo platform.
The changes, which will take place from November 26th to December 6th 2025, will be reflected on the CEC's electronic platform https://qv. Kqz-x.org after this period.
