Behrami: Albin Kurti had everything in his hand and did nothing for five years.

He said Kurt had the greatest power in post-war history, and, according to him, has failed to turn it into concrete results.

Behrami has stressed that Kurti has had political and budgetary dominance, but has failed to deliver on any of his major promises.
