According to the prosecution, victims of K.R., Mr.R., R.R., I. R and S.R., under threat of weapons, have been forced to leave their home and settle in another house, in which they were later killed.
According to the indictment, the house and the victims' bodies were burned.

War Crimes Act against T. P
Pristina, November 27, 2025 The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed a charge against T.P., for criminal work “The purpose of fighting the civilian population”.
According to the indictment, the defendant T.P., during the war in Kosovo, in the village of Cerrca and surrounding villages in the municipality of Istog, in co-ordination with other members of Serbian forces, has committed murder, plunder and destruction of the property of Albanian civilians.
In April 1999, T.P. He is accused of taking part in the murder of five members of one family.
Victims of K.R., Mr.R., R.R., I. R and S.R., under threat of weapons, have been forced to leave their home and settle in another house, in which they were later killed. According to the indictment, the house and the victims' bodies were burned.
Also, the T.P. defendant, along with other members of Serbian forces, is accused of stealing playable property and later burning houses in the villages of this municipality.
