28 years from KLA public appearance on stage

28 November doesn't only mark Flag Day Day Day Day Day. Whenever this month comes, Kosovo remembers the first appearance of the Kosovo Liberation Army on November 28, 1997, in the village of Lausalla, Skyright.

What caused the KLA to publicize activities was the murder of Larusha School teacher Halit Geci, two days ago by Serbian forces.

Rexhep Selimi, Daut Haradinaj and Muje Krasniqi, have been the first to have appeared publicly before public opinion at his funeral as KLA soldiers.
