The Hague tribunal's decision acquitted former Kosovo Liberation Army fighters of all charges.
The decision of the partial retrial that was carried out on charges of “murder, torture and cruel treatment, such as crimes that conflict with the laws and customs of war” were read by the case's Judge, Bacon Justice Molotto.
