113th anniversary of Albania's Independence, flag rises in Vlora

At the annual ceremony, the anniversary of Albania's 113th anniversary of independence, the flag has been set up in Vlora. Attending the ceremony were Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, Albanian President Bajram Begaj, and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama. But many citizens have also become part of this activity.
