10kg drug seized, Albanian arrested in Italy

The suspect was mainly involved in the distribution of hashish and marijuana in considerable quantities. He was seized at least 10 kilos of drugs in the car.

After an extensive information collection effort, especially in the Capua area, investigators learned that a dark - colored car run by an Albanian citizen was regularly used to transport large quantities of narcotics.

Therefore, a targeted police operation was organised, grasping the vehicle in question and arresting the driver, who was already known for previous crimes against property.

For this reason, officers searched the vehicle, with a positive result as a large amount of narcotics, weighing nearly 5kg of hashish and 5kg of marijuana, Italy's police reported.

In light of this, the subject was arrested and, after completing the usual formalities, was sent to the local prison pending hearing of validity.
