KEK abuses: Judgment against Nagip Krasniqi fails to begin

Due to the absence of one of the accused, Ymer Dragusha, it has failed to start judging Nagip Krasniqi and others over the new Special Prosecutor's Act.
In case “KEK”, Special Prosecutors have filed charges against indictees N.K.,Y.D., I.Z. for co-ordinating the work with the former chief chief.
Lawyer Sadie Krasniqi has said she has failed to contact him and has no information about him.
While the other lawyers complained about several subject papers, the Special Prosecutor on the other side has invited the defenders to give a warning in the shortest term so that the case does not come forward.
According to the prosecution, the defendants reportedly charged that during the 2021 period of 2023, by their illegal actions have caused damage to Kosovo's budget, about 37m euros by committing criminal acts: “the misuse of official duty or authority”, “intelligence of official secrecy” and “helped misuse official office or authority<5>.
